5TH : RETURNS

To give you the ultimate confidence in your purchase you’ve got up to 14 days to try your new item in your home, in front of your mirror while wearing your favourite outfit. If it’s not right? Returns can be made on all full-priced items for a refund, exchange or store credit. 

A few things to note:

  • We only accept returns purchased through the5th.co.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with stickers intact and tags attached in order to be accepted.
  • If the order is less than $50 USD, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay all freight and associated shipping charges to return the item.
  • In the case that item(s) is greater than $50 USD, The 5TH will reimburse return shipping costs up to $30 USD.
  • Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on sale or promotional items unless the item is deemed faulty.

 How to return/exchange an item

  • Request a return/exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.
  • Once the return/exchange request has been approved, you will receive an email informing you of the return shipping address.
  • Item(s) are to be sent back to The 5TH via a reputable postage service with tracking as The 5TH is not liable for any lost returned items.
  • All item(s) assessed by The 5TH before your return is approved and an exchange or refund is processed.

5TH : WARRANTY

We’re pretty stringent with our quality control but for peace of mind, all of our products come with a two-year warranty. So, in the unlikely event that you consider your item to be faulty, we recommend filing a warranty request at the bottom of this page.

Faulty items returned within Australia will be sent an Australian Post pre-paid return shipping label. If located outside of Australia we recommend using a reputable postage service with tracking as The 5TH is not liable for any lost returned items. The 5TH will reimburse the standard shipping cost onto your original form of payment or PayPal account.

Once the item is received we will contact you to advise the status of your return. 

5TH : PRE-ORDER

Pre-order items can be purchased once available on-site and will ship within the provided timeframe or shortly after. Please find all the pre-order details on the product page. 

When pre-ordering one of our watches, please be certain as we do not accept cancellations on pre-orders that are placed.If you purchase a pre-order watch along with other items, your order will be held until your pre-order product arrives at our warehouse. If you would like your items to ship separately, please place a separate order.
